Back in 2017, I did a talk about burnout and shared have six tips that worked for me in navigating my own relationship with burnout, perfectionism and overcoming difficulties when you are pushing against the mainstream messages and expectations in our culture.

During the current phase of the pandemic, we are hitting a burnout point that so many of us are feeling on various levels, so I brought back these tips with some tangible coaching exercises, examples and insights that I hope help you if you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and burnt out.
